A Slow and meditative floor-based practice using props focused on gently stretching the tissues within the body.
Private sessions with Hannah
I offer one to one classes as well as private sessions for groups or events.
One to one
If you’re looking for a more personalised experience with some extra support and accountability, then a private session could be for you. Perhaps you’re new to yoga and feel nervous about attending a group class or maybe you haven’t practiced for a while and would benefit from a one-off session to reconnect with your practice.
