About Hannah

For years I exercised my body as a form of punishment because I wanted it to look different.  When I found yoga, I slowly began to realise that moving your body can come from a place of kindness, that it could be enjoyable and could help me heal my relationship with my body. 

And so my journey began...I found myself immersed in yoga, exploring different styles and meeting new teachers.  In 2018 I left my job to go travelling and it was then that I decided I wanted to be able to share what I had found through yoga with other people.

So here I am, hoping to do just that.
